Was die Google autocomplete-Funktion alles für Sätze konstruiert, macht der Artikel “Google’s autocompletion: algorithms, stereotypes and accountability” von Anna Jobin zum Thema. Die Funktion kann lustige Nonsens-Phrasen generieren, oder wie im Artikel beschrieben, sexistische Stereotypen:

“Women need to be put in their place. Women cannot be trusted. Women shouldn’t have rights. Women should be in the kitchen. …

You might have come across the latest UN Women awareness campaign. Originally in print, it has been spreading online for almost two days. It shows four women, each “silenced” with a screenshot from a particular Google search and its respective suggested autocompletions (mehr).”
